Shipping Policy
Shipping time is in addition to processing time. We will try to get out most orders within 24 hours, but please allow for 48 hours to process. Fast shipping from Redmond, WA. To calculate an estimated delivery date you can count on, we look at things like the carrier's latest transit times, the seller's processing time and shipping history, and where the order is shipping to and from.
Return Policy
Returns and exchanges accepted. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Full price items can be returned for a full refund, less shipping, in unused and original condition within fifteen days of receipt. The original packaging must be used.
